Bulk Insert Tab
You can carry out the following options from the Bulk Insert tab:
- Contract - This takes you to the clinical term data entry screen for the indicator or category selected.
- Exceptions - This allows you to record an Exception code for the indicator or category selected.
- Codes - This allows you to record a clinical term directly into the patient's record. It is predominantly used in Practice Reports if performing a bulk clinical term add to a group of patients.
